What to expect in a session?
In a typical Neurofeedback session, sensors are placed on the scalp to measure electrical brain activity. Participants might listen to music, watch a movie, or engage in another simple task during the session. When the software detects fluctuations in the brain's electrical activity, it interrupts the audio very subtly, which immediately alerts the brain to optimize to the moment promoting self correcting adjustments.
